Collect remote support data for servers

From the Server Hardware screen, you can collect remote support data that is automatically sent to Hewlett Packard Enterprise for analysis.

NOTE: Remote support must be enabled to collect data.


Prerequisites

Required privileges: Infrastructure administrator or Server administrator

Collecting data for servers

  1. From the main menu, select Server Hardware.

  2. Select ActionsCollect remote support data.

  3. Select Basic or Active Health.

  4. Select Yes, collect data.

  5. Verify the data collection status in the details pane or the activity screen.
