Edit Remote Support

Prerequisites

Required privileges: Infrastructure administrator or Server administrator

Editing remote support

  1. From the main menu, select Settings.

  2. Do one of the following:

    • In the Remote Support panel, click .

    • Click Remote Support and then select ActionsEdit.

  3. Enter the data that you want to change on the screen

  4. Click OK.

  5. Verify that the changes have been made in the details pane.
