Required privileges: Infrastructure administrator or Server administrator
From the main menu, select Settings.
Do one of the following:
In the Remote Support panel, click .
Click Remote Support and then select Actions→Edit.
Enter the data that you want to change on the screen
Click OK.
Verify that the changes have been made in the details pane.
