Add channel partners

Hewlett Packard Enterprise is the default channel partner if no other channel partner is assigned.

Prerequisites

Required privileges: Infrastructure administrator or Server administrator

Adding channel partners

  1. From the main menu, select Settings.

  2. Do one of the following:

    • In the Remote Support panel, click .

    • Click Remote Support and then select ActionsEdit.

  3. Select Channel Partners from the Remote Support screen menu and click Add Service partner or Add Reseller/distributer.

  4. Enter the partner ID.

  5. Optional: Check Set as default.

  6. Choose Add or Add+ to add additional partners.

  7. Verify that the channel partner has been added in the master pane.
