Add channel partners

Hewlett Packard Enterprise is the default channel partner if no other channel partner is assigned.

Prerequisites

Required privileges: Infrastructure administrator or Server administrator

From the main menu, select Settings.
Do one of the following:
- In the Remote Support panel, click .
- Click Remote Support and then select Actions→Edit.
Select Channel Partners from the Remote Support screen menu and click Add Service partner or Add Reseller/distributer.
Enter the partner ID.
Optional: Check Set as default.
Choose Add or Add+ to add additional partners.
Verify that the channel partner has been added in the master pane.
