Storage Pools screen details

If no resources are listed, you must add a resource. See Add a storage pool.

General

Screen component	Description
State	State of the storage pool.
Drive type	Type of drives available in the storage pool: `FC` (Fibre Channel), `NL` (Nearline), or `SSD` (solid-state drive).
RAID	RAID level of the storage pool: `RAID0`, `RAID1`, `RAID5`, or `RAID6`.
Storage system	Storage system that contains the storage pool. The storage system name is a hyperlink to the Overview view of the storage system on the Storage Systems screen.
Storage domain	Domain to which the storage pool belongs.
Used by	Number of volumes, if any, on the storage pool. The number is a hyperlink to the Volumes screen, filtered to show the volumes that belong to the storage pool. The number of volume templates, if any, that specify the storage pool. Number is a hyperlink to the Volume Templates screen, filtered to show the volume templates that specify the storage pool.

Capacity

Screen component	Description
Total	Total space in the storage pool.
Allocated	Space allocated to volumes and snapshots in the storage pool.
Allocated to volumes	Space allocated to storage volumes in the storage pool
Allocated to snapshots	Space allocated to snapshots in the storage pool.

Add storage pool

Screen component	Description
Storage System	Select a storage system.
Storage Pool	Select a storage pool.
