Obtain and install the public key

The public key verifies that Hewlett Packard Enterprise created its RPMs and update packages and that the code has not been modified since it was signed.

Prerequisites

Minimum required privileges: Infrastructure administrator
Internet connection

Obtaining and installing the public key

From the main menu, select Settings.
Click in the Security panel.
Click the www.hpe.com link.
On the Signature Verification website, copy the text of the public key, beginning with -----BEGIN PGP PUBLIC KEY BLOCK----- and ending with -----END PGP PUBLIC KEY BLOCK-----.

IMPORTANT: Copy the key exactly, without adding newlines or whitespace.
Paste the public key in the Key box.
Select OK.
