Change the appliance network settings

Use this procedure to change any of the following appliance network settings:

  • Host name

  • IP address

  • Subnet mask

  • Gateway address

Prerequisites 

  • Minimum required privileges: Infrastructure administrator

Changing the appliance networking settings

  1. From the main menu, select Settings.

  2. Do one of the following:

    • In the Networking panel, click .

    • Click Networking and then select Actions→Edit

  3. Edit any of the appliance network characteristics described in Networking panel screen details.

  4. Click OK to reconfigure the appliance network.
