Migrating an existing server profile

1. From the main menu, select Server Profiles.

2. In the master pane, select an existing server profile to migrate.

3. Do one of the following:

   • Select Actions→Edit.

   • Click the Edit icon in the General panel

4. Click Change adjacent to Server hardware type or Enclosure group.

5. Change the profile settings for Server hardware type or Enclosure group.

   See Server Profiles screen details for more information.

6. Click OK to update the Server hardware type or Enclosure group settings.

7. Click OK to apply the updated server profile to the server hardware.

   Only the changed or unconfigured attributes are applied. Firmware is not applied a second time if it was applied successfully the first time.

8. Verify that your changes appear in the details pane.
