Create/Edit Scope screen details

Screen component Description

Name

The name of the scope. Scope names must be unique.

Data type:

Alphanumeric characters, plus (+), and space characters only.

Description

User-defined information regarding the nature of the scope.

Resources

Resource list

Displays the set of resources to be included in the scope. The following are listed for each entry:

Name
Resource category
Unassign icon ().

Does not assign the corresponding resource if it is not already assigned to the scope.

Unassigns the corresponding resource from the scope if it is already assigned to the scope.

The Name and Resource category headings feature sort icons that change the list order.

Add resources

Opens the Add Resources to Scope screen so that you can specify resources to add to the scope.

Remove resources

Opens the Remove Resources from Scope screen so that you can specify which resources to remove from the scope.
