Add Resources to Scope/Remove Resources from Scope screen details

Text and search field for designating a category of resources.

The search icon () displays a menu of resource categories.

Text field that allows you to filter the resources listed in the Name field.

In the Add Resources to Scope screen, an entry in this field is matched against available resources. The results match any indexed attribute, not just the name. For example, a Server Hardware resource would be displayed if the search string matches a portion of its serial number. For best results, avoid short search string

	TIP: The search field for the Add Resources to Scope screen behaves similarly to the Search Resources field. Thus: Enter complete words or names as your search criteria. Partial words or names might not return the expected results. If you enter a multi-word search term, results show matches for all words you enter. Enclose a search term in double quotes (”) if the search term contains spaces.

In the Remove Resources from Scope screen, an entry in this field is matched against resources that are already included in the scope. The results have names that contain the entered text (including space characters). The search is case insensitive.

Displays a list of resources for the specified resource category.

In the Add Resources to Scope screen, the list contains resources in the category that are not already selected to be included in the scope.

In the Remove Resources from Scope screen, the list contains resources in the category are already selected to be included in the scope.

The sort icon lets you change the list order.

Displays the next set of resources.

This button only appears when there are more resources available than are displayed.
