Remove a SAN manager

IMPORTANT: Removing a SAN manager from HPE OneView removes all discovered from the management point.

A SAN manager cannot be removed when it has managed SANs. The SANs must be disassociated from HPE OneView networks before a SAN manager can be removed.

Prerequisites

Required privileges: Infrastructure administrator or Storage administrator.
None of the SAN manager’s managed SANs are currently associated with networks in HPE OneView.

Removing a SAN manager

From the main menu, select SAN Managers.
In the master pane, select the SAN manager you want to remove.
Select Actions→Remove.
Review the confirmation message, if any, and click Yes, remove to remove the SAN manager.
Verify that the SAN manager had been removed in the master pane.
