Select Yes or No.

Registration Information

Hewlett Packard Enterprise uses this information when service personnel or a part must be sent to the site.

Enabled with HPE or Not registered.

Use this section to enter who the initial contact should be for support.

Default Data Center Address

Use this section to enter the address of the data center where the devices are located for support.

Insight Online

This section becomes visible once you have registered. This is optional.

Insight Online integration

Enabled when HPE OneView is integrated with Insight Online or Disabled

Passport user name

User name from your Passport account.

Contacts

This section becomes visible once you’ve registered.

Until you add contacts, this section will say No contacts have been added. This section allows you to optionally add additional contacts in addition to the default contact. Hewlett Packard Enterprise uses this information when a support case is created.
