You can edit a network to change any of its settings except Type, Fabric type, and VLAN ID. For example, you can edit the maximum bandwidth or the preferred bandwidth to meet application bandwidth requirements. You can request lower bandwidths for network connections used for management ports, and higher bandwidths for network connections used as disk backup ports.

Editing network details

From the main menu, select Networks, then do one of the following:

In the master pane, select the network you want to edit and select Actions→Edit.

Hover your pointer in the details pane and click the Edit icon.

Edit the values shown on the screen. See Create or Edit a network screen details if you need assistance with your entries.
