Create multiple Ethernet networks using a single `POST` operation

When you create multiple Ethernet networks, you must specify VLAN IDs in the range 2–4094.

	NOTE: When you add multiple Ethernet networks at once, you can only specify `Tagged` for the `ethernetNetworkType` attribute.
