Create a Fibre Channel network

When you create an Fibre Channel network, a connection template is automatically created. A connection template defines the connection settings for the Fibre Channel network. The settings include maximum and minimum allowable bandwidth.

Also, you must specify the Fibre Channel network fabric type that attaches to external storage devices:

`FabricAttach`	connects to external storage through SAN interconnects
`DirectAttach`	connects directly to external storage

Prerequisites

Minimum required session ID privileges: Network administrator

	NOTE: The `connectionTemplateUri` attribute must be set to `null`.
