Create an Ethernet network

When you create an Ethernet network, a connection template is automatically created. A connection template defines the connection settings for the Ethernet network. The settings include maximum and minimum allowable bandwidth.

Minimum required session ID privileges: Network administrator

	NOTE: The `connectionTemplateUri` attribute must be set to `null`.
