Assign administrators to fix server hardware issues

You can filter alerts specifically for server hardware and additional attributes such as severity. After you get the alerts, edit the assigned user value, and then update the alerts.

Prerequisites

Minimum required session ID privileges: Infrastructure administrator

Get server hardware alerts without an owner. `GET /rest/alerts?filter="physicalResourceType='serverhardware'"&filter="severity='{UNKNOWN, OK, MAJOR, CRITICAL}'"&filter="urgency='{None, Deferrable, Medium, High, Immediate, Unknown}'"&filter="assignedToUser='null'"` Add an administrator to the alert. Update the alert. `PUT /rest/alerts/{id}`
